Dalam lagu barunya, Liam Payne menceritakan tentang hubungan biseksual. Lirik ini menuai banyak komentar negatif karena warganet menganggap Payne salah kaprah tentang konsep biseksual. Dalam lirik lagunya, Payne menuliskan “Never too many hands all on your body” dan lirik ini banyak dikritik.
Sebab, dari penggambaran Payne, biseksual merupakan hubungan seksual dengan pasangan lebih dari satu orang (terlihat dari lirik yang memiliki arti ‘jangan pernah terlalu banyak tangan di tubuhmu’). Hal ini dibantah oleh salah seorang warganet yang menuliskan kalau biseksual nggak identik dengan threesome.
Sebelum lirik lagu ini rilis, Liam Payne memang sudah mendapat banyak kecaman dari warganet karena dianggap sebagai homofobia. Hal ini disimpulkan dari pernyataan Payne yang enggan mempertemukan anaknya dengan Harry Styles setelah Harry Styles tampil ke publik dengan pakaiannya yang sangat berbeda dari saat masih bergabung dengan One Direction.
“Aku tak ingin anakku diasuh oleh seseorang yang pakaiannya saja aku tak mengerti apa maksudnya,” ungkap Payne.
Meski tak menyebutkan nama, tapi warganet berasumsi kalau ia sedang menyindir Harry Styles mengingat beberapa bulan terakhir Harry Styles tampil dengan gaya berpakaian yang berbeda.
