Perhelatan Grammy Awards 2022 kembali diselenggarakan pada 3 April 2022, di MGM Grand Garden Arena Las Vegas. Berbeda seperti tahun lalu yang dipenuhi dengan banyak kontroversi, Grammy tahun ini berjalan lebih 'mulus' tanpa drama berarti. 

Dipandu oleh komedian asal Afrika Selatan, Trevor Noah, penilaian telah dilakukan pada 1 September 2020, hingga 30 September 2021, serta pengumuman nominasi diselenggarakan pada 23 November 2021 lalu. Di antara semua nominator tersebut Jon Batiste menjadi musisi yang paling banyak masuk nominasi, yakni 11 kategori. Kemudian, disusul dengan Doja Cat, H.E.R., dan Justin Bieber yang masing-masing masuk ke dalam 8 kategori.
